We pride ourselves on providing superior services to our clients and customers. We as the agent, act on behalf of the lessor and must act in accordance with our client’s instructions.
• Our agency will action your maintenance request within 24 hours, for any non-urgent requests
• After receiving the lessors written instructions, we shall proceed with appointing a suitable contractor to carry out the works required to maintain the property.
• Our policy is that routine maintenance is actioned and carried out within 14 business days. We aim however to under promise and over deliver to both our valued clients and customers. Our agency adopts sound risk management, best practice and compliance with the relevant legislation procedures.
